    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I'm thinking about buying from this guy. Haven't contacted him yet, as I don't want to waste my time if he's a scam artist. I want to know if anyone has heard of or know this guy? I'm interested in getting some diamondback terripins, (he sells them way cheap 30 bucks). Any opinions about them? They are on the kingsnake turtle ads: Ad in question Thanks for your time.

David....I don't know the company...but, before you actually purchase them, make sure that the laws in your state allows for them....
I know here in Florida, I'm NOT allowed to buy or sell them without special licenses (which I don't have).... All I'm saying is be careful....make sure they're legal for you to purchase....Neil

I agree 100% with Neil on this one.

Diamondback Terrapins are protected in some form throughout most of their range.  In my state at least, special permits are required to keep them, and I know here in GA at least, it is strictly enforced.  And tansferring them across state lines, forget about it!  They really don't like that.
Just be careful and check out your state laws before buying any of these awesome turtles.  I love them, but until I get the proper paperworks, I have to leave them.

There's the same inquiry on here back in Feb. of this year, they are considered reputable to buy from.

Reid is a standup guy. I have bought from a few time over the last few years and would not hesitate to do so again. The Quality of his animals speak for themselves!
