    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I am thinking of purchasing a het pied ball from Ace Reptiles in south Florida (Tony C., [email protected]) but wanted to see if any one has done business with them before. I'm hesitant about buying hets, so any input would be greatly appreciated.

Actually Ive dealt with Anthony in the past and Im still dealing with him today! Ive gotten around 4 snakes from him so far. I got a banded reduced pattern male ball python, a female halloween phase amazon tree boa, a male 100% het albino columbian boa, and a female 100% het albino columbian to date. And actually Im waiting on my newest addition from him a Bell pastel ball python het ghost! i should be recieveing it tomorrow. but hes a good guy, he wont dick you around!

Dear Abby (sorry, couldn't help myself),

I just purchased and received the one adult male and two large adult female het pied ball pythons that Anthony Copertino = Tony C. = Tony @ ACE Reptiles had for sale recently on Kingsnake. They came in fine condition, exact sizes, sexed correctly, and with signed paperwork as Tony promised.

I gave the het male to a good friend and will mate the females to my pied males. It is always hard to trust a stranger when buying hets, but I am comfortable with the purchase. I did my research on Fauna on him, talked to him extensively over the computer, decided to buy, and received some very nice large females. I hope to get lots of eggs this coming season and will post the results.

Do you have any advice for my love life?
 
Thanks for the info... its greatly appreciated. I decided to go with something different, and therefore a different breeder. BUT if I can gather up more $, I will get the het pieds from him. Thanks!!

I have dealt with Anthony on a couple of deals with a het albino male and an 06 pair of het pieds. Very statisfied with the deals awesome deals and the animals arrived great and are eating great. They are growing like weeds. Came with the ID work as he said it would and the sex was correct on the snakes. Very sastified and will be doing business with him in the future. Hope this helps out some people who want to do business with him.

Here are a few e-mail exchanges between me and Tom Crutchfield and Tom Cruthchfield and Tony Copertino regarding the fake het pieds Tony's been selling:

Hi Mike, some months ago I bought an entire Pied Ball collection out. So far I've hatched one clutch with a 66% proving out. Yesterday one of my 100% het females eggs hatched bred to a pied male and NO pieds hatched. I believe its not a het. A friend was here when it happened and we were talking and I said the female came from T. Coppertino and he said you bought or were buying "hets" from him. DON'T BUY THEM!!! I hope this e-mail got to you in time. I have friends living near him as he's about 45 minutes north of me. When I called to check on him they said he was a straight scumbag. I intend on paying him a visit very soon.
