    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

aparently im not the first guy this guy or group of people have scammed. hes going by a bunch of names tom jones,john jones,david dahana,david donavan,casey ritch, casey parker., and possibly caleb hill. they are brothers i believe. they are in cohoots with their sister/wife kayla kirlin and scamming people. i paid for a 100% healthy male spider ball. i saw pics taken from abouve the snake looked great. until i got it. he delayed shipping a few days i got suspicious so i contacted paypal and told them and they supposibly put a freeze on the payment. i recieved a very poorly pack snake with barley a paper in it with 20oz water bottles in it frozen. the snake was so cold i thought it was dead, then it moved. it was a female not a male. when i sexed it i noticed the big mistake.the dhl guy goes whats wrong with its face. it was missing half of it bottom jaw. born that way, also had no tounge.i brought the snake home and warmed it up, i think its back is broken cause it slithered on its side and didnt move the last 1/3 of its body when slithered. i immediatly contacted him,emailed called. i got i dont know that person, even though its the same number he called me from a few days ealier. so i emailed him saying i would be shipping the snake back to him for either another snake or my refund. he said he would refund my money when he got the snake. he got it and its been a week and ive seen nothing. i havent heard from him in a while till he emailed me today saying paypal sent me the money but they havent. so i took a shot at kayla from some info i got from a cousin that lives in oaklahoma. i got a call back with in 15 minuets. the info is good from my cousin. casey parker called me back and said tom is his brother and was pissed. well im pissed and i hate scammers. any info on these guys contact me and we can swap info and help each other out. Jason could you please post all information including emails pictures etc about this transaction. This guy is a real piece of work and needs to be stopped
 
Kinda strange how the whole family is full of scammers. You need any further info jason just let us know

Three threads on Tom Jones. I wonder who is dumb enough to be scammed by Al Pacino....DBA Serpico Snakes. I gotta say that some folks deserve the shaft. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Hey fellas I just purchased a blind snake from Stevie Wonder. Do you think its hereditary? He looks ok but he waves his head in front of my MP3 player every time I put it on. Any advice? Seems very superstitious!
 
critical bill are you making fun of my thread or what. its hard to say. i guess you have never been scammed. i dont go on funa. i registered last yr and havent been on since a fellow herper informed me to check out the stuff on him on this site and the other names he has been using. yea i got scammed but as on most site starting out you dont have a reputation, i didnt till i made one. yea i got burned and im doing what ever i can to correct it.

He wants two of my cuban tree frogs for three of his used microphones and I just feel like I'm getting the short end of the stick. thanks fot posting the pics john. and bill scammers will do that to you.but it could be worse. i tell ya though it has been an adventure with this guy or guys or family. good luck with your transaction. i dont know anything about frogs but my advise if you dont think your getting a good deal dont sell yourself short. if you both get something you need and feel its a good deal, then do it but if not i wouldnt do it. just some advise but its your frogs and you do what you want with them.

Jason, maybe you should look at this as destiny. He seems to be in good hands.

LOL. The guy is a hunk I tell ya!!!

I might have had a chance at nabbing him sticky handed if my gay partner didn't BLOW my cover and swallow up all the HARD evidence himself!!!!

It SUCKS.. but what an I tell ya. Maybe I should just go after BUSH! :eek:
 
i shipped the snake back to him. a week or so ago. i dont know how he feeds it or if he does, but i fed it a hopper mouse. i force fed it, the way you do to manty hatchling balls, it took it with out any fight at all. it took it almost half an hour, because when the snake opens its mouth to re-attach the teeth and pull in, it couldnt get past the shoulders, so i gave it a little push and it took it down. i have had a 1 eyed pastel before and it was a pain in the ass to get it too feed. i bought the snake to be able to possibly breed it early next yr, so i didnt really have the time, money or wanted the headache. i informed this scum of this and he said as soon as he gets the snake back he will refund my money. i shipped the snake back to him better than he shipped it to me. i am a verified live animal shipper with fedex. but he got the snake back and he pretty much lost my number for a few days , emailed me once then lost it again till today and i got a cousin that lives close to him that had a run in with his wife or sister who ever she is. i got an irrate 28 min phone call with in 15 min of that email. he told me in that phone call i will get my money by tuesday, and all the stuff im doing better stop. i guess i hit a nerve with him.
 
That really sucks you got ripped off.Iam learning were there is one good guy in this business you have about 20 scammers.I hate these scammers :reddevil: >But anyway I hope you get your money back.As far as paypal they suck.When I was ripped off with my dead snow boa. Tried to get my money back paypal told me if I didn't buy it off of ebay they can't help me.So I payed with my Bank of America credit card.So I filed a dispute with my cc company an got my $3200.00 bucks back my brother.So if you payed with your cc file a dispute an get your money back from this guy.

i am doing some digging a a scammer that has scammed myself and a bunch of others. looking to see if anyone has a site that i can go to to see if this guy has been arrested ect.like this site you have on the david lawson thread,something similar. he lives in norman oklahoma. you can all guess who he is. tommy jones aka david donavan, aka john jones, aka david dahaana,aka casey parker,aka casey ritch, aka caleb hill, aka james valder. also has used richs reptiles, ct reptile rescue, dcs reptiles, jdm designs video production. i am interested if there is something out there. from some emails i have been recieving i hear hes quite the criminal.
