These have belonged to my son since 2001 as the only snakes in his collection. He purchased them as established babies and they have been problem free for him. They have both been handled regularly by him and my young grandchildren as these guys have grown up and remain very docile snakes. Don't go in smelling like a rat though as they have very good feed response and will readily eat f/t jumbo rats like candy.
I have promised my son to help them find a good home and now have them in my possession. The pics were taken in a 24" x 18" plastic tub for size reference. I will let the pair go for $150 but I will want to know that the new owner is experienced/educated and ready to provide proper housing for them. I kept a pair of generic red tails over 30 years ago and these are just not for me anymore!! They would make great "pets and I will consider splitting them up depending on the situation.
Strongly prefer Southern CA area and will work with new owner for delivery.
