    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

They're beautiful and I'm considering getting one next time I have the money to buy a new snake. I've been surfing the net and so far I've found these care sheets:
http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Bluffs/8071/reptile/xeno.html
http://www.kingsnake.com/rockymountain/RMHPages/RMHsunbeam.htm

Those have given me some idea of what to expect, but I was wondering if anybody here has any more information? Does anybody here keep them? If you do, do you ever see them? I'll admit the main appeal is the lovely rainbow effect. If they never come out of hiding at all, I'd be disappointed.

Also, so far I haven't yet found a single breeder or source for captive bred individuals. (Heck, I haven't even found anybody who imports.) I suspect I may have my work cut out for me finding one. Anybody have any suggestions where to look? Nobody here or on kingsnake seems to be selling any. I really would prefer captive bred or at least captive born, I don't want to deal with an import that's going to arrive stressed half to death and parasite ridden if I can help it, not to mention that I'm hesitant to support an importer who may or may not be harvesting these animals in a responsible and sustainable way.

I'm not buying one any time real soon, but I wanted to be prepared, so I figured I might as well ask.

We had a couple of these a few years ago. They are beautiful, but the only time we ever saw them was when we took them out to clean their cage. That's why we decided to sell them. I haven't seen them around in awhile, but hopefully somebody else can help you with that info.
