Only items shipped overnight are guaranteed fresh and frozen. 2nd day shipping is available and is much cheaper than overnight (most people prefer this method). I use insulation and dry ice. I'm not responsible for shipping problems but insurance is available.

Matt, first off the feeders were great. The rats were much bigger than I anticipated.
Thanks. Anyways, I bought a big freezer to use for just feeders, so I'd like to stock up.
How much would it be for 6 rabbits, 10 g. pigs, 75 mice, 25 large rats, 10 of the biggest
rats, and 50 medium rats? Let me know. Thanks. Also, what snakes do you have available?
Do you ever do any trading? I'm thinking about getting out of balls.

You have a fantastic product and I will definitely start buying my food from you. I
normally buy from someone else and have been doing so for several years and the product

Feeder rodents came today. rodents looked fine and good packaging. I was missing one mouse
though. Only 24 instead of 25.

need to get more pinkies and will still need some Rat Pups when you have them available?
I am glad you sent me different sizes of pinkies in this shipment, that helped a lot. Let
me know when you might have some pups available and if not, I will still need more pinkies
