    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Thanks for your reading. My name is Derek Chang. I am not living in USA. Sorry, I need to say my English is not good. I try to explain my business with Alex Hue. Until now, I think it's a bad experience. I waited a long time!

On March 2008, I ordered some ball pythons from Alex Hue. Because I am not living in USA, so Alex applied for cites for me. According to Alex's reply, he sent this application on 13th March 2008. But I didn't receive cites permit until Octomber! Yes, over 7 months. Alex told me, he can't do anything...Finally, He said he can refund. I accept this way.

Because we ever did business before, so after figure out the ledger, I should take my refund around two thousand or more. After I sent my request of refund to Alex, but he didn't give me any reply! I tried these way to contact him.

1.Call him.I left two or three brief message....no reply
2.Send him a mail.I sent several times...no reply
3.Post on his forum. I post my request on his forum on 21th Nov. He sent me a not correct invoice and cancelled my thread. Four days before, When I want to post new thread for my refund. His forum always showed "The server is too busy at the moment. Please try again later". I can't use any function.

I keep all emails with Alex and all receipts of payment. I will post if necessary.At this moment,I hope someone can tell Alex I am finding him!

Alex, If you look at this thread. Let me know when can I take my refund? Give me a confirmed date! Don't delay. I don't want to wait!

Unfortunately the CITES admin office in the USA is very slow. I have seen it take that much time and sometimes even longer. Best regards.
 
I've done a fair amount of business with Alex over the years, and never once had any complaints about dealing with him.

That's my $20. Which is 2 cents in 1950 dollars adjusted for inflation.
 
My experience with Alex was very positive. I bought a tri-colored hog from Alex and after receiving it couldn't get it to eat. After many attempts, Alex offered to ship me another one. He was always nice, professional and very quick to respond to my emails.
 
Thanks for reply. I ever did two business with Alex, but I don't know what happened. Just like I said, I tried several way to contact him, but no reply. If you were me, what did you want to do? In order to avoid misunderstanding, I use "Info" .
I just hope someone can tell me how to contact him.
In fact, I have waited my refund over one month. Two thousand is not a little money. I need to do something for my refund.
Alex's evaluation was not bad, but he should tell me what happened!

I emailed Alex about this thread.

I'm on his forum every day and I can recall it running a bit slow a couple of weeks ago but it never tells me the server is too busy. I post, pm and participate in many different areas on his forum. I have also done business with Alex several times and I've found his animals, customer service, shipping and everything about him to be most excellent.

I'm sure Alex will take a look at the post and let us know his viewpoint.

Thanks for someone contact Alex. I just received a email from Alex. He explains many things for me. Because His email sever was crashed, so he lost contact two weeks. His forum also with something wrong.
I think I need to explain something. I ever did two business with Alex, He was patience and help me to collect some snakes I want. I appreciated his help.
We have started to communicate with follow-up matter, there is a little misunderstanding between us. At this moment, I think he is a good guy. Hope my explaination can relieved of your worries.
