    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Custom made mice and rat breeding and holding racks. All racks are new and come with tubs, complete water setup, wheels, and come with a 1yr parts replacement warranty. Water buckets are recessed in plywood anti tipping. Also you can stack them!

I'm located in PA and prefer pickup, but shipping might be possible if you want to spend the money.

The list are standard racks, custom racks are available upon request. A deposit is required since they are built as ordered and I don't have the room to keep any in stock. Standard racks take between 2-3 days and custom racks may take longer.

I require a signed receipt buy both party's when deposits are made for 2 reasons, (1) it covers the buyer for funds spent, (2) proof of purchase for warranty. Remaining balance is due on pickup. If shipped, payment must be made in full. Payments can be made by MO, Cash, Cashiers Check or Wire Transfer.

I'm a Contractor and use a Contract for every job I do, so that's why I'm incorporating that with this.

Warranty covers replacement for water valves, hose, tubs, shut off valve,bucket, and wheels do to faulty products and not misuse or neglect, for 1 year from date of purchase.

My wife has an account on KS, and I don't. At the bottom of the ad on KS it states built by M&M Construction LLC, which is my company. So there is no confusion on who's building them.
