    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

My step-son caught this little guy running across the highway here in town, and brought him home to me. I love the little thing, but I know someone who loves them more, so he's going to be heading that way soon. He's pretty calm for being wild caught. Hasn't tried to bit, or play dead, but he will flatten his head out, and squirm a little. He's pretty calm after a minute in my hand though, and just hangs out there. He's already eaten a few frogs I caught too! I'll prolly try a pinky before he ships out.

WOW, I didn't know that Easterns looked so much like Westerns at that age. The ones in this area look a lot different.
 
I'm going by info I could find online. I could be wrong, but going by the colors and markings, and info I found about local hognose, i came up with it being an Eastern. :)

The little guy is nice though. Almost sad I promised him away. hehehe
