In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

You can use a jar of spagatti sauce and combined with the meat for easier sauce but I like to make mine from scratch.

Meat sauce :
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic minced
2 t. salt
4 t. pepper
2 whole cloves
1/2 bay leaf
2 (6 0z ) can tomatoes (I can my own from are garden)
2 ( 6 oz) can tomato paste
1 1/4 cup water
1 t. oregano leafs
2 t. sugar

Brown beef in large skillet, add onions, garlic, and seasonings. Add tomatoes, paste, water oregano, and sugar, Simmer 1/2 hour stirring occasionally.

Filling:
2 lb. ricotta cheese
1 8 oz package of frozen chopped spinach well drained
1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1/2 t, ground nutmeg
1/4 lbs. mozzarella cheese
4 T. parmesian cheese
1 t. fresh parsley

Mix well

1 lbs. Lasagne noodles

Cook and drain noodles under warm water. I found out stacking them on wax paper to avoid them sticking to each other. spread about 1/4 cup filling on each noodle. Fold over and continue to fold making a slighty flat roll. Spread about 1 cup of the sauce on the bottom of 2 11x7 baking dish. Fits about 8 rolls per pan standing with open sides up and down. add 1/2 cup hot water and meat souse to almost covering the roll. Put aside extra sauce, bake at 350 35 minutes serve with left over sauce makes 16 roll ups. Italian makes for great left overs ,,
