    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Butterworms

Butterworms, like mealworms, are used as food for Insectivore pets, such as geckos and other reptiles, as their scent and bright color help attract the more stubborn eaters. They are also called tebro worms or trevo worms, and are high in fat and calcium.

They can be stored for up 4 - 6 months in a refrigerator at 40-50° F, about 5-10° C

Butterworms are an absolute favorite of box turtles
