We are happy to take credit cards through PayPal, postal money orders, certified checks, and cash. We will also take personal checks and Echecks, but we can not give you (or ship you) your animal until the check clears the bank. We will take cash for local sales only...please do not send cash in the mail! *Arkansas residents must include sales tax.
Shipping of reptiles and insects is done via UPS next day air, with a signature required. Shipping fees are usually around $25 in-state and $35 - $45 for anywhere else in the continental USA. Please email us your zip code for an exact quote. We will deliver reptiles within the cities of Russellville, Pottsville, and Atkins for a $5 charge. Pick-up is available by appointment only.
(Wholesale Sales Guarantee and TOS)
We offer live arrival only on wholesale sales. We guarantee live arrival of your animals when shipped, as long as you sign for the package on the FIRST delivery attempt. If you cannot be home to receive your animals, then please make sure to have it shipped to your place of work, a friend, or family member. Should your animals arrive DOA, please contact us within 15 minutes of delivery for further instruction. (Failure to contact us within 15 minutes of delivery will make our live arrival guarantee null and void.) Be sure to retain all original packaging. We require a picture of the deceased animals to be emailed or mailed to us. We will happily refund the price of the animals or ship you new animals of equal value. We cannot refund the cost of shipping. Buyer is responsible for all new shipping costs.
