    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I don't know anything about them but I sent money out yesterday for a purchase. I will report my dealings with him when the transaction is complete if you like. Like yourself, I am doing a search as well. I did a search before I sent funds but found nothing.

I've already backed out from the deal from being overly paranoid and having last minute commitments. I would still like to know how your dealing goes though as he seems to have nice stuff for sale and would like to know that it's not too good to be true. Thanks!

I almost did the same but went through with it. I did send a certified bank check instead of a MO which should allow me to track things a little better if need be. I will let you know.

I just completed a transaction with Larry of Island Reptiles. The animals I received were honestly represented, healthy and priced very well. Packing was good, even received a follow-up phone call to make sure I was pleased. I would purchase again.

I also am prepared to send money to this place. Were they able to supply you with pictures of the animal you planned to purchase? I sent them an email requesting about 15mins ago...I want to buy some tiger ratsnakes from them, hopefully everything works out.
 
I bought a pair from them and they were in very good condition. Email responses were not instant but they were reasonable. From what I am getting, these are not fresh imports but a little bit of downsizing of a large breeding collection of many types of snakes.
 
well i trust your word that I should be happy with them. I sent the money western union, which is hard to do anything about if you get screwed over, but he seems honest.

I recently purchased a snake from Larry Bowman at Island Reptiles and was very pleased with the representation of the animal , prices , shipping and also follow up calls to make sure the animal arrived safely . I would and probably will do business with Larry again . Thanks Tim Candler
