We sent them via pal pay money for 22 Bearded Dragons and 2 rescued Boas as soon as they got their payment all their ads were removed and they never returned emails.. the phone has been disconnected..
We still have not recieved shipment.
Has anyone else delt with these people before??

I shoudl have done my homework shame on me..

First they had advertized as having a lot of beardies for sale frogy101

also tlyons had 3 boas and an iguana that were rescues that she needed placed..

tracy had said they were brother and sister...
they lived in MO

Said she found a home for the iggy and emailed me daily if I still wanted the rest...

she asked for shipping address etc..

I did contact pay pal there is nothing they will beable to do for most likly..

I am looking for Free or cheap Bearded Dragons. I am doing this for a female for the one I have now and for my husband and son. Since we got leo we have wanted more. I have endless food for more. I do not have a hole lot of money but I can buy up to $70 included shipping in that amount. If my 9 year old had not raise a king snake for the last 2 years on his own no help from me or if my husband and I would not have got Leo then I would not plead to the public. Please if you would be willing to do a favor to another person then contact me. I do not mind if it is not a baby I will take any age. I am also selling custom built reptile cages (wood & mesh or plexi) for cheap $100 to $500. These are very hard to come buy. I have built ones 10 ft long 6 ft deep and 5 ft tall for $500.00 this person came and picked it up but It have breeder box and sectional to keep males out.

I recieved an email from them the other day stating there was an accident on the way to ups to ship out the dragons and snakes,
It was said the one snake and 3 dragons were lost and the rest were at the vet, and they were in the hospital ready to come home the next day.
they informed me they would ship in a couple of days..

I wrote back with my sympothy and requested the vets name and telephone number as well as their's, that I would like to speak to someone in person.

Still no word 3 days later...

Did you make your payment to paypal with a credit card?
If paypal won't do anything report it to your credit card co.
i recieved a dead gecko last year and paypal told me that as long has long as i recieved a lizard they wouldn't do anything. My credit card co was able to get my money back took a couple months. Paypal wasn't happy sent me an email saying i should have contacted them first. If you used a credit card they should be able to get your money back for you. paypal is useless in these matters

~Oh wow, Sandie, I don't like to be pessimistic, but a WHOLE slew of red flags just went a-flying!! In fact, they started popping up well before your last post. I really hope you have not been scammed, but it certainly smells like it.
~I can't imagine the amount of a vet bill for the remaining dragons and snake. Do you have to help pay for that as well? Are you receiving a refund for the poor dragons and snake that were "lost" in the accident?
~You are right to be upset....just be ready, I think you are going to be much more upset before this is over. I truly hope I am wrong.

If you paid through PayPal and you did NOT receive the items you paid for, you can issue a dispute through PayPal. The seller then has a certain number of days to provide proof to you and PayPal that the item was delivered as promised. If they do not reply to PayPal with a satisfactory response and proof, PayPal will take back the amount you paid and refund it to you. The seller will then have to settle their debt with PayPal.

I have had this done before on some stuff I ordered off of Ebay that never got sent out. Hope it helps.
