Not only do these guys have great products but the customer service is excellent as well.
I have never had a problem with mites on new animals after just one application of Provent-A-Mite so when I needed a new heat source, I tried their company again.
I bought a 12"x18" radient heat panel for a wood 48"x24"x24" cage. This thing works great. Even for it's small size it perfect and the only heat source in the cage.
I talked to them for a long time explaining what the setup was, what temps I wanted, etc. They took the time to answer every question. I got the size they suggested and am very pleased with it.
The panel arrived less than 36 hours after placing the order.
After I installed it, I had a concern about the panel (turns out my fears were unjustified but that's a whole other thread-PE). They not only emailed me back right away but also called me at home to address everything I asked about.
Thumbs up to Pro Products. They have quality products and they treat their customers right. I will definitely do business with them again in the future.
