    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hello again! Well, you might possibly (but very doubtful) remember I was on here a while back. I had an Albino burmese female that I actually got on here. we started her off in a 55 gallon tank and then I built a giant (4' x 4' x 8') cage for her which turned out nice but obviously took up almost my entire office. Well, we had some flash flooding a while back and could not find a place to keep her so I ended up adopting her out to a local.

Everything is now fixed and we are wanting another snake. I am wondering what you guys use to house snakes that are 6'+? I have a larger room now but I don't want anything as crazy huge as the last one I built LOL...

Here are some pictures of the giant one I built before I got the plexi windows installed. I was worried about the windows so I used 1/2" plexi bolted in with 1/4" bolts as I have a 3-year old and for some reason the snake busting through the glass and harming my son kept running through my head.

Fantastic looking big cage

Thanks! Looked 10X better when we got the windows and everything else done, it was just TOO big... LOL

Do you have any input on my question? I priced some 3/8" glass and it is MUCH cheaper than I was thinking. So I think the plan is 5 sides out of 1/2" wood and the the front piece will be 3/8" glass with a 1/2" wood frame. size is 60"W x 34"D x 16"T, still not sure how big of a snake that will house comfortably...
