I had been looking for some African plated lizards and found an ad from Tails 'n More Pet Services for Bottego's Major Plated lizards. These are not an easy to find species and I wanted them. I contacted them and they got back to me in a very reasonable time and advised me they could ship me a 1.2 trio of subadult/adults. I had checked their website http://tailsnmore.com/terms.html to review their terms and all seemed reasonable to me.
Following up with payment I emailed my CC information to them and they quickly got back that somehow it wouldn't open, totally my fault. I revised the form into a better format and sent it back. Once processed they sent my lizards off right away. When they arrived they were very well packed and each was in a separate snake bag clearly labeled with gender. They are in very good condition, plump, calm and apparently very healthy and clean.
Mark did a great job in keeping in contact with me throughout and picked out some very nice lizards for me. All in all I'm very happy with the purchase and the quality customer service.
