    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I am having problems with skin blisters on a group of baby ball pythoms I bought. It started on just a few but it has spread to just about all of them (20) they are imports and aside from the skin problems they seem healthy. They have been in individual rubbermaid boxes with holes, on paper towels, with a small open water bowl. Temps about 82 degrees. I have just purshased some new containers with lids so I will be putting covered water bowls in, and I will be moving them into new, larger digs, with more ventilation and temps around 86. Hopefully this will clear things up, but I thought I would ask in the meantime.

sounds like

If they were are being kept to moist they get blisters that you are talking about. It is a bacteria growth.
The best thing to do is to burst the blisters and dip them in a hydrogen peroxide and water solution 50%-50%. And then keep them dry and only give them water for 1 hour a day and keep them dry until it clears up. You may have to soak them when they try to shed. but keep them dry until they are back in good shape.

If you do not keep them dry and clean. the blisters will burst on their own and then the snakes will end up with scale rot and you'll have allot more work then getting it fixed now.

I hope this helps

I am also having this problem. I am not sure if they are blisters but they are bumps poking up from under the scales. They are somewhat small right now.

Any other sugguestions on how to clear them up? I hate to say I am a chicken to pop them, if this is absolutly necessary I will, but I would like to avoid this if possible. Plus if I pop them they could get infected...

thanks
