Hello-
These are some logs I made up several months ago and figured they could be used by other people or I could make them better through constructive criticism. Please let me know what you think.

The first attachment is for my snakes. I keep track of how long they are "gray'd" over so I can soak them before they shed.
The third block is food size. I use these abbreviations:
FT-M-R
First is the condition: live (L), Freshly killed (FK), stunned (S), frozen/thawed (FT)
Second is the size: P=pink C=crawler W=weanling H=hopper S, M, L, XL etc
Third is the type of food: R=rat M=mouse A=ASF etc
#1 and #2 is what they wasted (Urine/Feces)
I use the notes section to track when I change the water, when I soak them, if they farted, if they refused a meal etc
The far left section tracks the day of the month. I check this off each day to know when I checked on them. On the left of the date, I write in my daily cool spot temp and on the far right of everything, I jot the weight.

The rat chart is a weekly rotation of the six female rats I am breeding. I can also make this for 12 rats for those interested. It tracks when the male is added to each females enclosure, gestation, weaning and vacation. These are never always accurate since females go into heat at different times but they will help get you on a cycle. This setup gives your females 12 weeks from start to finish.
The rat log is used to track when litters are born, how many, when I clean their litter, etc.
