    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

So I spent the money and got me a pied cause I was supposed to be getting some het pied females,which I should have waited til I already had the females,but anyway I ended up not getting them.So my question is all females are just normals so I could wait and put the time in breeding him knowing I would only get some low percentage het pieds or should I try to work a trade for him to get some co-dom males and possibly more normal females or some female morphs.He is eating good and putting the weight on really good dont have a current weight for him but I can get one and he is currently getting ready to shed.

If you've got a piebald then any/all of the offspring he sires is going to be 100% het pieds - no low percentage hets there. :) If it were me, I'd pick up a co-dom female and use her with your male to make some hets of your own.

I agree with Quiet Tempest, I would keep the pied and get a co-dom female. Then whatever you breed him to will all be hets. So if you breed him to lets say a cinny, each egg has a 50% chance being either cinny or normal and at the same time, all the offspring will be 100% het for pied. So you end up with cinny het pieds and het pieds. At the end of the day, breeding snakes is all about working with what YOU like, not what the "market" says is the next big thing because if you follow the ball python market for any length of time you'll see that it changes almost daily with new things being produced everyday. So if pieds are what you like, maybe get a het pied female or two. Or get a co-dom female and set yourself up to make some pied combos down the road. Either way, if you work with what you like, you'll never be disappointed. Just my two cents.

Thanks for the replies I had been tossing around the idea of using him as a trade to get some other male and female morphs like lessers,mojave,spiders pastels or even pins to get started breeding cause I really like all of them.And then possibly getting into the pied projects later like in 2-3 years.Also wouldnt mind finding some boas,mainly adult females het kahl albino just cause I just picked up a kahl albino male that I couldnt pass up.But I am still undecided as of now still juggling the idea,so if anybody has any offers send them my way in a pm so maybe I can decide.
