    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Anyone vouch for James W. Arnold?

HI!
WHERE IS HE FROM AND DOES HE HAVE A COMPANY OR TRADE
NAME? IF ITS THE JAMES I'M THINKING OF I WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO VOUCH FOR HIM.

THANKS AND GOD BLESS

I'm not sure where he is from. He is selling poss. dble het for sunglow colombians right here on fauna. It seems like someone doing sunglow projects would know that they would be hypo and poss. het albino. <img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'> He also has het albinos. I emailed him for references. Thanx Casey

He's the promoter (along with Bonnie) for the texas and oklahoma shows (texasreptiles).  I dont know anything about his animals.  but that might help a little.

Just FYI: the James Arnold that is advertising here on Fauna is not the same James Arnold that is a promotor of the Texas Reptile Expos. Apparently there are two James Arnolds in the reptile business!

So nobody knows the James Arnold that is selling DH for sunglow and het for albino boas right here on fauna? I contacted him and he said he would send pictures when his snakes shed, then I emailed him again and he has not responded.

I got almost the same message that Casey did....I emailed asking for pics and got a reply saying he would send pics out to me right away and I havent heard anything since....Oh well guess he didnt want my money......

Chris Gibson

I am also awaiting an email from him.  I asked him about his boas and he emailed and answered some of my questions.  Then I emailed again and have got nothing.  I just emailed him today again, we'll see what happens.

If anybody has done business with him, please let me know.
Thanks, Nicole Gustafson

About James W. Arnold by James W. Arnold:

      First I would like to say hi to all of you and tell you a little about me. I’m from Alabama not Texas. Funny story here, I get e mails  time to time for James and Bonnie that’s why I added the W. I met James Arnold from Texas in Atlanta at a show a few years ago. I walked by his table and saw his card with our name on it. It was pretty weird.

     To all that have asked for pics and did not receive them I apologize. If you are still interested please e mail me and I’ll send them right out.

 Thanks,
James W. Arnold

Hi, well I took the risk of dealing with the 'new guy'  -  I haven't received my boa yet, but he has been helpful and informative.
He guarantees that my boa is a girl, and het for albino.  If she isn't either, he offers a full refund plus the money it took to raise her to adult size.
I also got pictures of the albino mother and hypo father, as well as siblings.
I'll add another post after I get my little girl!!  Hopefully all goes well!

I just finished a deal with James W. Arnold and it went GREAT!

He answered my questions, sent me individual pics, pics of the mother and father (albino and hypo), and pics of the whole litter together (some norm hets, albinos, and hypo hets).

He was informative and honest.  He shipped promptly when I aksed just after he got the payment.  He shipped how I preffered and everything turned out great!

I have a beautiful little girl who's het for albino, tame as he said, and healthy.

I know he is a new kid on the block, but please don't hesitate to do business with him!!

Nicole - looks like you may have gotten the female I was trying to get! :eek:)

Anyway, I've got 1.2 (1.1 het albino & .1 poss.het yearling) coming shortly. I'll repost once I get the little boogers, and repost again when I am able to prove them out.  it's been a pleasure dealing with him.

Sorry!  I couldn't decide between female 1 or 4, but I got 1.  I'm sure you'll be pleased with them though! <img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'>

lol!! That was my problem too! Guess I was just a wee too late for #1, but I did go with #4. I think #1 would have been better with male #1 because they were both real light, but I'm sure I will get amazing babies anyway. Can't wait to get them. I've got yearling female #9 on hold too. He was nice enough to hold them for me while I gather the other half of the funds. He's been great dealing with! Can't wait to see them.

Nicole - hoped your #1 female turned out as nice as #4 did. :eek:)
Can you put a pic of your girl up so I can see if I still need to be jealous? :eek:) LOL

I'm very pleased with the pair I received from James!! I'd sing his praises if I could sing!!! :eek:)

<img src="http://www.printroom.com/_vti_bin/ViewImage.dll?userid=starlightgeckos&album_id=77824&image_id=49&courtesy=1">

Just had to show her off again!!!  :eek:)

Hi, mine is great too!  She feeds great, how do yours feed?  Mine feeds on F/T mouse hoppers 2-3 at a time right now, but she could easily be switched to weanlings.  I just have too many hoppers.  My girl is a little more gray and lighter than yours I think.  Picking the nicer would be tough though... I can take pics and maybe have them up on Sunday when I get to my friend's scanner... I'll try.

So far mine have proven to be good eaters. I tried weanlings, but they looked like I didn't feed them after one day. So, I have them on adult mice. I do look for the smallest f/t adult in my bags, but I had to buy the weanlings live, while I have a bunch of f/t adults. I'll keep an eye on how they are handling this size prey item. If it takes too long to digest, I just go buy the weanlings as needed.
Here is my male:

<img src="http://www.printroom.com/_vti_bin/ViewImage.dll?userid=starlightgeckos&album_id=77824&image_id=57&courtesy=1">

He is developing a pink wash to his sides, but nothing like the female. I hope it will come in as he ages. The female is larger and has probably had one more shed than him.

He is a sweetheart, but the female is the devil's own. ooowee - that girl loves to strike. Even out of her cage it takes a long time to settle her down. i always wear gloves with her because I can't trust her. I hope that I can tame her before she gets too big. Can't imagine that atitude on a large snake. (eek&#33<img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'>

Love to see yours if you get the chance!
Laura

Well, after reading all the positive responses, I had to try him out. I just recieved a sweet little yearling hypo poss. het albino female from James. Delivered "on time" and well packaged. She has a great pattern and nice color and, next year I hope to see if she is het for albino. Thanx James!!
