Northern Ringneck wanted

I am looking for anyone who can help me to complete my collection. I am looking for a CB Northern Ringneck that was bred outside of Pennsylvania. In PA we are not allowed to buy / sell native species, which the NR is. So if anyone can help me out, it would greatly be appreciated!!
