Tired of getting screwed!!!!!!!!!&

First off I know that getting screwed is my fault BUT I guess it is a bad thing to trust people now days.

I posted that I wanted some animals and he e mailed me and said that he had some for sale.  He got me for $1600.


The second one is not a real big deal but is a lady who runs a "reptile rescue" and (I now Know) she will take them from you and then will trade them for some animals that she wants or will sell them.  I am not talking about a adoption fee, I am talking about selling them.  Her son is in on it as well.  I talked with her for several months and traded back and forth.  The last deal I sent her was 3 Veiled Chameleons and 2 Jackson Chameleons.  She was going to send me 1-2 Water montiors (rescues).  She quit e mailing me back but her 16 yr old son will give you a ear full.  Not a nice kid.

 Sorry about your lossES!  You can trust nobody in todays world, unless it's your mother!  I don't know all the details, but try the FBI internet fraud website/division.  Other people here have posted the web address, so hopefully you can find it or someone else can repost it here for you.  Try that route, and also call the local police department where they are from and see if there's anything they can do for you.  
 If all else fails, contact---"Ritchie Ventura~~~The Herp Detective~~~"  AKA Ritchie Luna.  He seems to be great at this stuff!  Go Get 'em Ritchie!!!

I'm sorry to hear about all your troubles.  and even sorrier to hear about all the scumbags.
I would never buy anything from anyone that doesnt check out first--check out by asking around to other buyers/sellers, or by coming here.  If you dont hear anything, dont buy.  The animals you want will come back around.
Trades--well, you have the luxury of having a name that checks out and references...if the other party does not...they send first.  In my opinion, trades are dangerous anyways with people you dont know.  How about sticking to trading with other dealers?  I've done some great trading that way-- and the dealers usually are able to get more of what you want for a better deal--you both help each other out.
Selling, the easy one, money first (and money must clear).
These are generally the rules that I go by, when I didnt I have gotten screwed.

Sorry I haven't emailed you recently, I haven't forgotten about you!  I'm still working on tracking down this little b@stard (Jason Park that is), I just had to take some time off for midterms at school.  The Hawthorne address turned out to be a MoneyMart, which is where he most likely cashed the money order.  Western Union makes a copy of a person's ID if they cash the money order.  This MoneyMart said they send these records to Western Union, so we should be able to track the guy down through them.  The Gardena address hasn't shown any signs of being a business, so this may be his home address.  You emailed me his phone number and I've got a trap of sorts coming to mind to weasel his real address out of him.  I'll keep you all updated...

P.S.  Kim Felts has found much of this information, just giving credit where credit is due.

People like this make this industry the sewer that it is.

Wow you guys must have really great mothers,LOL. If you paid with a postal money order I think they are supposed to protect against fraud. You could alway deal through paypal or some other way with your credit card to help you in the future. I know this does not help now and I am sorry for your loss. I wish you luck in getting what comes to you or at least them geting what is coming to them.
