cant post a reply in the for sale ?

im trying to reply to an ad in the for sale but keeps telling me that i dont have permission to access this page ?

Hey Dave use the email function to reply to the person with the ad , Rich disabled the "reply" function to keep a forsale post to being 5-10 pages long of hey how much ... what kind etc etc ..
