    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hmm... so I finished a round of doses of panacur on Sunday for my little male, but he seems to have a reduced feeding response (eating only 1-2 mealworms a day compared to 6-7), which I guess is nothing out of the ordinary since the drug might have some effect, but his poos are kinda pale in color. Before they used to be pretty dark, and now they're sort of tan/light brown (again maybe drug?).

The other wierd thing is, he seems to have a craving for salt? He keeps licking me all over every time I pick him up or stick my hand in his tank. He runs over and starts licking my hands and forearm, and then gets aggitated? and tries to bite my shirt and tug at it. Wierd behavior I've never come across in the 6 years I've kept geckos.

Another fecal is due, so I'm taking one tomorrow morning (hopefully all those nasty pinworms are gone). But in the mean time, anyone see any of this (behavior, poos) as related to the drug? I'm hoping it's not another bug, they poor guy just hates getting meds.

chances are his l;ack of appitite is from the meds... make sure to put plenty of fresh water in with him at all time...... i assume that is one reason he is licking your hand
also the light poop color is mostly likely from the mesds as well... panacure is generally white in color and this can ause his fecies to be lighter... keep an eye on him... and his poops... give him bout a week if his poops are still light you might want to take him for a check up.. and make sure he has plennty of water availible, alot of times many medications can reap havock on the animals kidneys so it is very important he is well hydrated

Robin, you were dead on. His poos are now are dark healthy color and firm. He ate a super and a couple mealies tonight (a lot more than usual).
