    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

What I'd like to do here is hold a "Snake Only" Photo contest...if it's okay with the WEBSLAVE, we'll do it here in this forum. I'll set-up a poll and provide links to photographs that make it past my personal panel of judges, my family that make it to the top 25. You'll win absolutely nothing, but I will make a $20 donation to Fauna in the winners name if we can meet the follwing criteria.


**A minimum of 50 photos must be received by March 17th, 2004
**The actual ending poll vote count MUST exceed 100 - c'mon let's get some action over here in the Snake Discussion Boards!!!
**You can only vote ONE TIME!!
**Photographs of Snakes only please - nothing against lizards, turtles, etc. but they do tend to have a little more personality, my Leos are always smiling at me, my dragon spits his tongue out and crosses his eyes, my chameleons flip up an occasional peace sign, my tegu flips me off, it's just not fair to snakes to let those guys 'ham it up' in front of the lens
