    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

1 1/2 year old Male Blood Python - purchased in January 2004 -
needs attention; has not yet eaten for me - appears healthy -
just needs some TLC. He is still nervous, skiddish.
New Jersey location - would prefer local party to adopt.

I have 2 female blood's and maybe if he is put with his own kind he will eat? I had the same problem with my first female she did not go a year and a half but she went around 8 months so I got another female and she ate that next week. I do not live in N.J I live in Ohio and will pay for shipping I also have 3 ball pythons so I do have some knowledge of Herps. Please let me know I would love to have him. If you want I can send you pics of my snakes and if you would send me a pic of him if possible? Thanks Damian
 
Update: The Blood Python has Eaten!

Update - My Blood Python has finally eaten.....
I took some good advice to raise the temps on his tank, and that got him out of his "hibernation" and he finally ate a Rat.

Congrats on feeding,
is he handleable at all? I am within decent range of NJ, if he is still available, I am quite intrested. Bloods are a cool species of snake.

No, the Blood python is not handeable...
He is still rather skiddish and very nervous....
I handle him only to clean his enclosure...

He has eaten and is much more active and alert.
He has not reached the stage yet where he is handeable....

click onUser CP, find the section Newly Subscribed Threads. If the thread is visible, just click to Unsubscribe. (Since you just got a reply it will probably be there) If not click to View All Subscribed Threads, locate it, click the box to the far right, scroll down to the menu and select Delete. It won't stop people from contacting you directly, but it will stop the email notifications.

You may also be able to just delete the ad
