    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I just had a clutch of hypos born. They come from a F2 Hypo male(his parents were hypo bred to a normal) and het. for albino female. The weird thing is all the babies are hypos. What does this mean for the babies are they co-dominant or dominant? I have tried to do some research but I can't really find anything. I can't wait for your response.

Thanks
Brett

Samons have been considered incomplte dominant since a artice was published by Rich Ihle. See link for the article.

I however believe that they are dominant. My reason for this is that there seems to be no difference between a heterogeneous and a homogeneous samon. The only way to know is to breed them. Unlike a tiger retic you can tell the difference between a tiger and a super tiger. A F2 samon, which sould be a samon X samon breeding can produce homogeneous(super) samons.
It works just like ressive gene except that it shows the phenotype when it is heterogeneous. So 25% would be super samons 50% samons and 25% normal. When a homogeneous(super) samon is breed to any other snake it will produce 100% samons. Hope this helps.
