Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Can anyone tell me what kind of snake this is that my dad found in the window of our garage. And, in the process of looking him over, I think that his hemipenes are out of his vent, seeing as he was stuck in the closed window (which I guess fell shut on him) at his vent. While looking him over, my dad got bitten. We think it's some kind of Python, maybe, lol...

Josh, looks like a Texas Rat snake to me...The pressure of the window could evert his hemipenes, but as long as he wasnt injured they should invert back by themselves...nice find :*)
 
Texas Rat would be my guess as well. My brother caught his twin brother years ago in Tex.

They can be real good at displaying attitude. And then when that doesn't work, they crap all over you. Lovely snakes.

Take him somewhere remote and let him go. Pretty as he is they aren't the best pets.
