Hey All,,,
I took this picture late this evening as the sun is going down,,,
What the deal is is kinda funny,,
I put a greenhouse together,, placed some of the panels in screen for airflow,, and installed a custom spray system to provide all the moisture the Chams need,, and i planned on keeping my veileds in a colony situation for the summer outdoors so they get tons of sunshine,, and they seem to love it!
but you end up with a few crickets that get on the floor of the green house and die,,, so i put a collard lizard in there to eat the crickets that get out of the chams food dish,, and he enjoyed being in there so much,, and i had no problems with inter species problems with them,, i decided to put the rest of the collards in with the chams,,, and i will be damn,, but now they are all good buddies,,,, they sit on the same limbs,, they eat at the same time,,, and in this pic , they are even getting ready to crash out within a few inches of each other,,,, if you look close the collard has his back feet kicked out relaxing,,, and the female veiled is also resting her belly on the limb,,,,
They seem to do really well together,, and it works great on keeping all the crickets eaten,,, By the way,, the collards really seem to enjoy the long mistings by the misting system through out the day,,,,
Silly critters!
