An interesting story on the front page of the local (small) newspaper. Any comments?

Mark and Kitty Tomcho recently found themselves the proud owners of an unusual Black Rat Snake, rare in the fact that the snake is almost pure white. The snake was captured by Charles Milsap, who found it swimming in Lake Lanier. The Tomchos, hobbyists in Herpetology, obtained a permit allowing them to possess nonvenomous reptiles and plan to use the snake during educational programs. His name? Possibly "PVC," says Kitty, because that's what he looked like. Mark calls him "Al," short for albino.
