• Responding to email notices you receive.
    **************************************************
    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

housing

yes as long as there are 2 hide boxes and 1 snake male and the other female but they cant breed for 2 years ....to make a long answer short YES 55 gallon will be good for as long as u have them unless both get like 5 feet long

This has been hashed out time and time again.

In short, here are my thoughts.....

1. There are NO benefits to housing more than one animal per tank, and NO cost does not count.

2. A 55 gallon is WAY too big for even juvis let alone hatchlings.

YES, about nine years ago I housed two balls together. I did this for almost two years. As soon as they were split up, thier personalites AND habits changed. They also began to feed ALOT better as well.

I kept them this way when there was no info on them other than some sorry ass books at the time. I see no reason why they should be kept together with all the things we have learned about this species.

RELEASE THE HOUNDS.

NO they cannot be housed together. I house in racks and their feeding responses are excllent. No snake whould ever come into contact with another snake for long periods of time unless its breeding season. And yes this has been discussed so many times there should be a sticky on it....
