    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Excellent product!The craftsmanship is outstanding!He even sent a few extra shoeboxes and lids for incubating purposes!These racks are definitely serving my needs!

We use Jeff's 48" cages for our boas and his sweater box racks for our ball pythons.  Great cages!  
We just moved into a new space.... so we will be buying more from Jeff very soon.

these posts are quite a shock to me...i purchased two racks from him back in april, one 18 drawer shoe box and one 10 drawer sweater box...needless to say after nearly 4 weeks of unanswered phone calls and emails i finally went through the east coast distributer for boaphile.  had to drive 2 1/2 hours to pick them up in philly but i finally got them.  made the mistake of not checking all of the boxes b4 leaving his warehouse though and found a few cracked when cleaning them all out at home.  gave mark a call and two days later got an email stating that he had been in contact with jeff and that he was shipping me replacement boxes at no cost. well here it is august now and still no boxes...with the exception of the lack of customer service after the sale on jeff's part the racks are wonderful.  hope this post doesn't deter anyone from purchasing from jeff as he does offer a wonderfull product.  Uriah Walker
 

 I ordered a rack from Jeff and it was cracked some at the top corner.  I called and spoke with him about it.  He was very nice and offered to take care of it.  He did just that and took care of it.  It was not his fault.  U.P.S. can be very rough.  
  The boa plastics are GREAT!!!!  That will be the only thing I ever use.  They are light, easy to clean and really help on space.
