I've owned the camera since 2/27/03, where i purchased it from Best Buy. It was the floor model, so I don't have the original box. I have a 4 year parts and service warranty on it from Best Buy (I'll look into seeing if it can be transfered) Everything is original on the camera. It has had a UV filter on the body lens, since the first week of owning the camera, for protection against dust and/or scratches. And as such the main lens does not have any scratches! There are 2 small scratches on the body where the tripod mount is (from mounting it to the tripod), otherwise the camera is in MINT and CLEAN condition. The 3 accessory lenses are in MINT condition, no scratches, and were pretty much rarely used. The filters come in their own case (the rectangular black pouch in the mid-left of the photo). There is also an LCD screen clear protector sticker on the camera. The camera does have a little mileage on it, having taken 4836 images with it. I got it from Best Buy with just under 100 images take with it (as per the fact it was a floor model).
Price:
I'm asking $600 (or $700 in trade value) for the entire package, plus shipping. Shipping will be through USPS priority or express mail, whichever buyer prefers, and should run $15-20 at the most. I will consider trades/partial trades for knob-tail geckos (N. levis levis or N. l. pilbarensis) or USA born CB green tree pythons (prefer wamena or aru type locality animals, especially a breedable male aru). I STRICTLY DO NOT ship first in trades and have many quality references if needed.
For those inquiring minds out there, I'm selling the camera because I recently got a Nikon D70 DSLR for my birthday. The CP 4500 was my baby, I took super care of it and I don't think you'll be disappointed.
Thanks,
Chris Newsom
