    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

OK guys, my animals are hatching out by the bucket full and I just can't spend much time here any longer.  At least not till around October or so.  Mostly you will all be on your own for the duration.  I will check in every now and again, but I am going to have to rely on you all to notify me of any messages or threads that are rule violations or just plain inappropriate material.

As I mentioned in my plea to the advertisers here, I can no longer keep tabs on whose ad is getting close to running out.  The software running those ads will automatically stop displaying the banner when the impression limit is reached.

Everyone whom has gotten a banner ad position was given the link to log onto the banner ad software so they can keep tabs on the stats of their own ad.  Sorry, but I just no longer have time to nag people and try to chase them down to renew their ads.  When I check in and find that an ad has expired, the name of the advertiser will be removed from the Supporters Page.  Anyone that is a Charter Advertiser that allows their ad to lapse will permanently lose their free link on the main page of this site.  That was a freebie that will cost $100 per year to get back on.

When I get my head above water again, and if I find most of the supporters have abandoned me, I will determine what to do with this site at that time.

Now that Rich has more time to devote to the site once again, I've stepped down as moderator.

I'd like to thank Rich for placing the trust in me that he did, as well as the folks who praised the job I did, and even those who criticized me for it. All of the input was appreciated.

I have always felt Ken is one of the more level headed people I have had the pleasure of reading his posts, and was a natural choice for someone to help me out here.  I do appreciate his help and hope to be able to call on him again if things get me in over my head.
