• Responding to email notices you receive.
    **************************************************
    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I noticed that Dthomas gave a person ( robms007 ) warning points for a private message that he made to another member in a PM. I thought that if you had something to say to someone that wasnt very nice you should do it in a PM so the public wont see it. Is there a policy concerning the content of PM's here? should he have put his comment in the hell forum instead??? just curious so that i know what the rules are as well.below is the PM he sent the other user, which was then brought into a public forum.

Warning Level: 1 Mind your Business Fagot

Get a ****ing life loser.You need to watch who you screw with.

Yes, warning points are assessed for abusive private messages when they are brought to our attention. Also using email via the mail server of this program in an abusive manner (when brought to our attention by the recipient) will also get you warning points. We do not, and can not, monitor those messages ourselves, but when recipients bring them to our attention via forwarded copies, then we are very likely to act on them.

Email you send via your own mail service outside of FaunaClassifieds, of course, is your own business.

The reason for this policy is that you are USING FaunaClassifieds in an abusive manner. You are using these facilities and utilities in an abusive manner and the warnings are just that: Warnings that unless you cease in this sort of activity, we will have to take stronger measures in order to STOP you from doing it.

I hope this explains the policy sufficiently for you.

thanks..

thank you for the reply and the explanation. If i diont ask the questions i will never know the answers.
