    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I've only delt with him one time but the deal left a bad taste in my mouth. I traded a beautiful female aru green tree python for 2 prarie dogs and a ground squirrel. He said if I wasn't happy with them call him and we could work something out. One or 2 days later I called because the prarie dogs were completely insane and he said he had already sold the green tree but he said we could exchange the prarie dogs or work something else out. I was not thrilled about more prarie dogs so I told him I'm not picky, I trust him to trade me something else that would be fair for that GTP. He said all he had was a albino nelsons milk snake. I knew it wasn't a great deal but if it was all he had I would accept it in good faith. I got the milk snake and it was fine and healthy. I chalked it up as I learned my lesson about prarie dogs until the next day when I saw him posting the green tree on kingsnake for $550 after he told me he already had sold her. His animals are all in good condition, I just feel like he was not being totally honest about the deal. If he would have told me he had the green tree but still wanted her, I would have been more than willing to work a different trade that was more reasonable than a $220 milk snake and a $30 squirrel for a $550 GTP.

There's a few things Mr.boyd left out and I believe I need to make clear here. Mr. Boyd and his wife contacted me wanting to trade me snakes for prairie dogs.They came over and we made a trade, two female prairie dogs and one male ground squirell(which was my own pet that I had raised) for there WC GTP.After a long discussion on there care and how to keep them they were satisfied and confident they would like them.Keep in mind these were all freash wildcaught and they knew this, they knew they would be harder to adapt.I told them that if these didn't pan out for them that I would arrange to purchase some bottle fed babies.I gave them a week WITH the prairie dogs so they could decide if they were for them or not. A few days later they called me again and were unhappy with them.So I told them to return them and I will arrange to get the bottle fed babies, but instead of sticking to our aggreement they wanted something else, BUT THEY NEVER ASKED for the GTP back.I told them I still had the GTP but I had a potential buyer, I offered him the adult albino nelsoni which is A TRUMBOWER LINE BULLSEYE.The animal was for sale on my website for $300.00 and can still be seen there today.Were he got $220.00 I have no clue. To make matters even more interesting they "apparently" traded this animal to Damion Wyatt as a female???, or this is my interpretation of what happened, could be a miscommunication who knows.
But surfice to say Mr.Boyd told me he was very happy with the pdogs,his wife wanted to keep the squirell , he never once made it clear that he was unhappy.
In fact I asked FLAT OUT "ARE YOU HAPPY" he said "I AM VERY PLEASED" these are his exact words here.If he was unhappy he should of said something not mislead me then months later post something like this for all to see, we did this deal in person, 1on1 it's not like I crammed it down his throat or anything!?!?So that should tell you something right there..think about it!!!
Also Mr.Boyd failed to mention that the GTP he acquired was wildcaught and only cost him at the most $250.00.He knows I do this for a living and obviously I need to make a profit from such a timely transaction.After de-worming,feeding and a fecal I placed the GTP up for $550.00 but I believe I got less than that so...
In short I believe I went out of my way to be helpfull and was very generous to the Boyd's if they would have made there feelings clear they would be much happier today.
Mr.& Miss Boyd here's a little word of advice, if you were a little more forthright this wouldn't have happened, speak your mind if your unhappy and situations like this can be avoided.
P.S.
I'll trade or buy back the squirell, I miss his little happy self, wished now I'd never traded him.

"But surfice to say Mr.Boyd told me he was very happy with the pdogs,his wife wanted to keep the squirell , he never once made it clear that he was unhappy."

this should read:
But surfice to say Mr.Boyd told me he was very happy with the squirell and nelsoni,his wife wanted to keep the squirell , he never once made it clear that he was unhappy.
