    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

i think your mistaken. its illegal to sell them. its illegal to own snakes and lizards that get too big such as burmese, rock, and reticulated pythons. as for ball pythons you can own but not sell them commercially. im selling them online which i believe is much more different. you should really do your research before saying anything, just a tip.
 
uhh..selling them online is pretty much the same..maybe even a lttle worse...

Take a look at the laws.... It is illegal to own or sell Ball pythons in NYC..... That law was passed many years ago in the city before the state ban came around...... You can not keep, buy, or sell ANY species of boid that grows over 3 feet within the city limits.... It has been that way for close to ten years now..... The new state ban says the same thing..... Again, read the laws...... No wonder why these bans get put into effect......
 
Now that I am looking at some of your posts, you made one on 2-15-05 about a savannah monitor that bit you...... You are keeping another illegal animal in NYC...... And you even said that it would be confiscated from you went to the doctor...... Not good man.....
 
how bout you worry about what you keep. what i keep or sell is my bussiness and not yours. thanks for your concerns but i dont need them. if its illegal then there are thousands of people who are breaking the law. so as far as my balls are concerned you dont have nothing to do with them. and as far as the savannah is concerned any animals which bites its owner is most likely put down or taken away thats why i didnt go. im not scared of having my animals in public or in front of the cops. i even know a few officers which have seen my animals and i have stated that they are illegal but they said nothing. so if the cops dont say anything to me why do you. come on mind your neck and stop clinging on. your opinion is of no concern to me.
 
Well the "cops' dont do anything because the cops do not enforce the fish and wildlife laws..... The DEC enforces those laws..... My opinion my not concern you but your illegal acts concern me.... And an animal that bites it owner is not likely to be put down or taken away unless it is an illegaly kept animal, especialy if it is a reptile.... How rediculous to even suggest that..... I guess that is to be expected from a 17 year old..... Anyway, these post of yours have been sent to the proper people just for being a smart guy..... Laws are the laws and you are breaking them and admitting to it..... Have fun for now.....
