Hard choice.... I have all 4.
This order....
1. Uro
2.frilled dragon
3.Water dragon
4. Agama(pyramid)

frilled dragon by far my favorite still need to get some thoughWell I voted for personality,ease of care and caging requirements... It was close between the frills and the uro's. The Uro's (I have 7) in my opinion are easier to care for, have great personalities and the caging requirements are smaller... I have 4 frills.... Although they have great personalities they require more live food and they are very picky eaters, more water and alot larger enclosure.
The water dragons (I have 2) are cool but shy... And the Agama runs for cover if you look at him.

*This is just my experience raising and breeding them.
