    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I am in the process of having updates and mods done on the new classifieds system as well as the photo gallery. So there may be some slight differences in the way things look and work. Mostly minor stuff, but there may be some wrinkles showing up here and there.

Give it a day or so and if you see something really funky going on, let me know so I can take a look at it. I've already sent a handful of emails to the Photopost guy and one to my vbulletin guy to try to iron out some things I see right off the bat. Biggest thing is that the photopost native feedback rating system is back again, and previously I had the Trader's Ratings patched in there. So that has to change back as soon as possible.

A couple of things you will notice in the classifieds is that now the drop down menu you use to describe your live animals for sale is more in line with what you would expect to see for such things. Secondly, there is a "Contact Seller" link that will make it much easier for prospective buyers to contact the seller.

Hopefull there won't be too many wrinkles and they can get ironed out pretty quickly.
 
Another new feature added to the new classifieds section is a zip code distance calculator. When a seller creates a new ad, they can put in their own zip code. While you are viewing the ad, you can enter in your own zip code and the system will give you the approximate distance from you to the buyer. Theoretically anyway, I haven't tested it yet. All I can tell is that I am zero miles from my own ads..... :rolleyes:
