    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Gotta love working for foreign companies. LOL.

The benefits packages and the way they treat their employees is totally different from the American companies I have worked for.

I now have paid pet insurance. It covers exams, yearly shots, 80% of surgery costs, etc.

They launched it with the slogan "a healthy pet makes a happy worker".

This combined with the incredible healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision, prescriptions) paid by the company and the liberal vacation policy, plus the perks like free coffee, bagels, donuts, lunch, etc makes me really appreciate the company.

I had 14 years at my old company and NEVER got treated this good. In the end, they closed the plant and said see ya.

American companies should take a look at how people are treated by companies from other countries. They don't make you feel like you are "just a number" like in American ones do.

I'll have to run this by Wall-Mart Corp.

Since they will be the leader of the banking institution soon as well. Any of you being hearing about this ? I wonder if the insurance for pets is covered in Asia since most Asians are not oppose to eating several kind of " pets " . I wonder how the policy is or would be worded or constructed on such a policy ? Replacement ? Of what dollar amount since we normally here try to incite the " breed-able replacement dollar " of the animal itself plus any offspring's of future breeding. I just don't understand . Maybe the paid health benefit for these oversea companies is like humans > ? where surgery, hospitalization, medicine if covered . Man, do I have a lot of questions on this subject. Feel free to chime in here anybody that knows.

I've been told that the employees at the John Deere factory here in Iowa have pet insurance through their employer. I guess it was their union's idea. It's pretty much the same as human health insurance....covers standard office calls, shots, wormings, that sort of thing, with a deductible for things like surgery. I THINK they cover spaying/neutering as well. Sounds like it's more geared toward furry pets though, not sure what they would cover for a snake..... :shrug01:
