    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I am interested in buying a pair of adult Star Tortoises that they have listed on their site but would like to get some past customer experiences before sending them $2200.00.
I did a search of the forum but nothing came up so any help would be greatly appreciated!!
Also, I couldn't find a phone number listed on their site so if anyone has it please let me know.

All I know about them is they are known to steal peoples photos and represent them as there own.
 
They sold me a chamleon that was not eating, I am pretty sure it was a fresh import. Also, They sent me 1000 1/4" crix when I ordered 1000 3/4". I e-mailed them twice and they neber replyed... But a week or so later they sent me 1000 3/4" crix for free. I think they ship their crix in a super small box. It is only a 1/4 the size of wormmans. I will probly never do business with again.
 
I almost forgot, The chamleon died and they would not replace it... I paid $60 plus $40 for a vet visit. They kept saying try this, try this, But never offered my money back...I am not happy with them.

I emailed them yesterday and haven't heard anything back so I guess that helps to answer my question. I am real particular when it comes to customer service. I can understand an individual being away or too busy to check emails daily but this place is supposed to be a retail store. Oh well, I guess my search for Stars will continue elsewhere.
