In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I got these two male Whitewater Rosys from my friend Ken Wares. I traded some AFTs for them. I have no previous experience with Rosys and they are NEAT snakes!!! Cool eaters, easy to handle, BCI will always be my most favorite, but the Rosys are gonna run a darned close second!

All they need now is a couple of pretty girls....

Here is the first boy.

27" and 238 grams.

And here is the second boy...

32" and 378 grams.

And a big THANK YOU to pch101/James Wilson for being there to talk Rosys with me! I'll talk to you again soon James!!!

(both of these guys have a rat pup in their bellies so they actually weigh a bit less.)

Wwo Shelly, Those are some really nice whitewaters! Are you totally sure they are both males? Would you mind sending me some close up pics of the vent area?

Interestingly enough, I was wondering the same thing.

In all the times I've gone out to Whitewater I've only caught two rosys.

Both male.

Post them pics Chica.

Yes, I am sure that Ken is sure that they are two males...LOL

Me, I didn't ask them if they were male or female, but tails/vents look the same to me.

So I need to be looking for some equally handsome females.....

If only you lived closer we could go looking for "females" together.

Ah well, such is life.

Well, you know how the story goes...some gotta win some gotta lose, and some never get to play the game.

Sadly enough, with all the different species of snakes here in MI, you really only find garters anymore. No the most interesting of snakes, and they musk like CRAZY! If I had the time and resources I'd fly out to Cali to see some cool snakes in their habitat.

For now I'll look at the pics James posts and haunt his website drooling over the pretty boas!

Shelly, I agree with you that they both look the same in the vent area. From what I can see in the pics, they do indeed look to be male. I will keep my eyes open for a nice female for you.
