    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have a wild caught large female(at least 5 + year old) I have had for a year. she mated with my 2year old male in late February - mid march . in late march my male surcame to a respiratory infection. meantine my female eat fine (aggressively eating 2 large live or warm thawed mice a week) form April may and early June. Then she turned down live and warm thawed mice >> aggressively striking at them.. it is now three months later.. she is still active and still striking away food.. her pooch area is still as large as i ever remember..
My question is .. is she gravid with a few (1-3) small litter and being protective. or is there something else I should be concerned with?

I had a pair

That i actually saw copulation, but never had any babies.. A friend of mine had a pair breed last year, and from copulation to when the babies were born was almost 8 months. I am not up to date on the ATB gestation period, but want to find out because i want to get another pair!! Good luck and i hope you get some babies, Let me know what happens. Mike Leonard

The gestation period of amazons tree boas is 200-245 days after ovlalting.

Do you have a basking area for her?If you do does she use it? That is usually a good sign of an ammie being gravid.

She may not be eating because of stress.How often do you try to feed her even though she refuses?
