I was taking a bunch of pictures the other day, and just thought I'd share.
Pic #1 is my recently-adopted Mountain Horned Lizard, Ursula
Pic #2 is Petey, the leo I got from Manhattan Herps through the auctions
Pics #3&4 are two of my dragons, Annie and Hercules
I've been messing around with different materials for backgrounds and settings for taking pictures, and I thought I'd try using cork. The cork is actually those 12"x12" squares you can buy for making bulletin boards. I like how the cork doesn't produce weird shadows and glare like certain media can, and I also like the 'natualistic' setting it provides. Also, it's easy enough to take a picture of an animal inside of a glass aquarium, and just set one of the cork pieces infront of the rear glass. Unfortunately, the camera card filled up before I realized that. (duh) The pics of Ursula and Hercules have the cork on the outside of the tank.
What do you think?
