Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

MATT GOLDMAN IS BACK OUT ON THE PROWL LOOKING FOR NEW VICTIMS UNDER THE NEW ALIAS Ian Perry. HE HAS A WANTED AD ON KINGSNAKE LOOKING FOR ABOUT 20-30 ADULT FEMALE BALL PYTHONS AT LEAST 1400 GRAMS AND UP AND HE STATES CLEARLY "HE HAS TONS OF CASH AND TONS TO TRADE"

AS MOST OF YOU ALL KNOW, I'VE BEEN TRYING TO SELL MOSTLY EVERYTHING I HAVE DUE TO MY FATHER'S PASSING AWAY. MATT THOUGHT HE WOULD RESPOND TO MY AD AND START TALKING BUSINESS LIKE HE USUALLY DOES. AFTER ABOUT 3 OR 4 E-MAILS FROM HIM WITHOUT EVER SIGNING HIS NAME OR REFERING TO THE NAME OF HIS COMPANY OR ANYTHING I BECAME SKEPTICAL. SO, MY LAST E-MAIL FROM HIM STATED HE WAS GOING TO PURCHASE THE REST OF MY FEMALES IN ONE SHOT AND PAY ME ON WEDNESDAY VIA MONEY ORDER AND SAID THANKS FOR A GREAT TRANSACTION. I RESPONDED BASICALLY SAYING I WOULDN'T SELL MY ANIMALS TO ANYONE IF THEY DIDN'T LEAVE ANY INFORMATION WITH ME AS TO WHO THEY WERE...SO HE RESPONDED FINALLY INFORMING ME HIS NAME WAS IAN PERRY AND LEFT A FLORIDA CELL PHONE NUMBER. IMMEDIATELY, I RECOGNIZED THE NUMBER AND COULD NOT BELIEVE THIS GUY WAS TRYING TO SCAM ME...AGAIN. I ALMOST FELL FOR IT THE FIRST TIME WHEN HE WAS TRYING TO SAY HE WAS JOHN LIGHT'S PARTNER...UNFORTUNATELY, HE LEFT SUCH A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH THAT HIS CELL PHONE NUMBER IS PERMANENTLY TATTOOED IN MY BRAIN.

JUST THOUGHT I WOULD ALL LET YOU KNOW ABOUT IAN PERRY (MATT GOLDMAN) AND LET YOU KNOW HE WAS LOOKING FOR SOME NEW PREY.

Now he is really trying by not using a name that starts with "M" or he already used up all the "M" names he can think of. Another one we can add to the list.
 
Well, I just sent my last e-mail to Matt stating what a scammer he is...this, that, the other...he wants to call my business line...curse me out, telling me he's going to post on the BOI what a deadbeat seller I am. Told me he doesn't need to buy my normals...yet, he was the one to inquire about them in the first place. Anyway, I got a chuckle out of it. I also was able to help out Sal from Boca Morphs today. Matt almost got him for a bunch of stuff. Oh well, not anymore thanks to me...or should I say thanks to him?

I came close to saying something like that but...there has to be a "but" I just can't think of one now.

You did the right thing Alex. Thwarting a scammer, even when it might benefit a scumbag, is the right thing to do.
 
Yeah, it was the right thing to do, but(there's that word again) I would personally have to do some major thinking of my own before I said anything.
 
Well, he's threatening me now to post some junk here on the BOI...we'll see what he has to say...he's now stating that myself and Sal from Boca Morphs were conspiring to scam him. I never even met or spoke to Sal until this afternoon. Has anyone ever heard of Ian Perry? Anyone recognize this phone number 520-971-0667??? If you ever get an e-mail from [email protected] delete it...if he dares to come on here and talk garbage about me I really hope I don't have to go out of my way to post each and every one of his e-mails.

Now according to my voicemails I'm going to be sued for slander, internet fraud, for what? Apparantly, I tried to scam this guy...or at least that's what he's stating now. All I wanted to do was sell all of my animals to pay for my father's funeral. Now, I'm being threatened for everything I own. Please if anyone knows someone named Ian Perry please speak up...if you recognize the number belonging to someone else let me know...thanks.

I MADE A COMMON MISTAKE CONFUSING TWO PHONE NUMBERS AND I FEEL LIKE A COMPLETE MORON FOR JUMPING THE GUN. I THOUGHT IAN WAS MATT GOLDMAN AND TURNS OUT THEY ARE TWO TOTALLY DIFFERENT PEOPLE. IAN IS A STAND UP DEALER, BREEDER, AND SELLER. PLEASE DON'T LET MY STUPIDITY STRAY YOU AWAY FROM EVER DOING BUSINESS WITH HIM. Hmmm. Yep, I saw this thread and said to myself "wow!" , as I didn't know Ian was a scammer... you might want to post a very, very large retraction thread, and check all of your facts prior to making such a post full of charges.

I have done two deals in the last month or so with Dean and Ian, totaling more then $15K in value, no problems what so ever. I got in some animals from them and was pleased with the transaction all the way around. These cats are on my 'good guys' list, and would do business with them again in a minute.

As soon as I saw the mistake Alex made, (520) is an Arizona Area Code, I thought the same thing. Ian inadvertantly got saved from having to deal with Sal. :rofl::rofl:
