Where do I begin...
Several months ago William and I started doing business. After several deals I decided to trade some of my captive bred box turtles for some bearded dragons he had. At that time William owed me several hundred dollars and was paying through paypal. We worked up an agreement that he'd pay in $400 installments every two weeks till the deal is through. At the time I was in very bad need of cash and during this time is when hurricane Rita hit my hometown of Orange TX. This caused me a huge amount of bills in helping relatives and life long friends out. At the exact same time my fiance has been ill and the doctors have been running tests, very expensive (especially without insurance), so far they believe she may have cancer. We have been trying to scrape as much money together recently as we can to cope, and now were being shafted 400.00 by this guy William over "free" animals.
This is what happened ...below is a list of animals I sold William, as you can see I gave him a once in a lifetime deal... this was copied from the paypal money request I sent him...
As you can see I charged him only $400ea for adult Tangerine Albino Fat Tail Geckos, which is a very good price. Then I threw in an awesome red male hognose from my Tiger Line free worth maybe 100.00-150.00 + 30 ornate box turtles, worth about 20ea and I promised him a pair of aquaflame collared lizards worth about 50- 100 pair. ALL FREE , NO CHARGE!!!! These were thrown in on the deal. The box turtles I bought from a friend to help him out and didn't want to see them wind up at a wholesaler or pet shop so I sent them to Wiliiam the day they arrived, told him some looked bad etc. so I gave them to him free and had them shipped. After a few days he told me a few looked bad and I said I would replace them ( I don't know what I was thinking ...they were free in the 1st place).
Now we come to the incident that caused this whole mess...
William wanted 2 cb box turtles I had, one ornate with an insane pattern basically a pastel, and one three toe, I wanted 15 bearded dragon babies...
We did the trade and I threw in an extra FREE 3 toed box turtle. What I got in return were 11 bearded dragon babies 2 of which had to be euthenized upon arrival. I sent him an irate email and asked him what gives basically??? I was pretty upset over recieving such low quality animals. Below you can see the pics of what he sent.
We talked about it on the phone later and I brushed it off, figured we would make it up on the next go round. We made another deal in which I was to take 20 or so Dragons from him again, I really needed them for a customer overseas who was putting me under lots of pressure to complete their order.
THEN the day William was supposed to ship he decided to back out, this guy had a total meltdown, said basically since I didn't like what I got last time he wasn't going to sell them to me...After some heated words on the phone I decided I did not want to do buisness with this fellow anymore and told him so.
At this point he owed me 2 installment left , he paid the 2nd one and then sent me an email stating:
Instead of recieving in the 400.00 I was owed he shafted me and sent me the following email...
I have no clue what this guy is referring too, all my negative post???, not one person have I ever failed to take care and resolve an issue with that I can remember...I took kindness for weakness??? where does this guy get off!! I gave him almost 1000.00 worth of free animals on a deal and he still going to shaft me 400.00!!!! Not to mention other freebies that include...

1 free spotted turtle baby
2 baby ornate box turtles
several free adult box turtles
etc...etc...etc...
So do you feel it is right for this guy to rip me off 400.00 over free animals at this point, animals he did receive? Currently I am trying to get $$$ together to pay medical bills etc. and now I have to break the news to my Fiance that we don't have enough cash this week to pay for the test she needs... All because this guy is vindictive and wants to worm his way out of paying his debts, I can possibly imagine deducting the value of the lizards, but not 400.00 worth!!! This guy still owes me 6 bearded dragons and I kept my word and shipped the animals promised. The pair of collared lizards are young and not as nice as they will be as adults, BUT the pair is still a fantastic 100% solid yellowheaded pair. Ask him for pics. EVEN the female has a yellow head and females like that are extremely rare. I sent this guy the best of the best to avoid this...now looks like my Fiance's health will be affected over this guys temper tantrum and I don't know what else to do here...
