• Responding to email notices you receive.
    **************************************************
    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

  • IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ!! About the Google Adsense ads being displayed

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    Addendum: 01/10/2026
    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

The Test
=========

Please take this test.

DON'T WRITE YOUR ANSWERS DOWN AND DON'T SHOUT THEM OUT.

Pick a number from 2 to 9,
it can be 2 or 9 or any number in-between

Take the number that you have selected, and multiply it by 9.

That should give you a two-digit number.
Take those two digits and ADD THEM TOGETHER.

Take the resulting number and subtract 5 from it.

Take that number and correspond it to the alphabet,
numbering the letters, A=1, B=2, C=3 and so on...

Take your letter and think of a Country that
BEGINS with that letter.

Take the LAST letter in the name of that country,
and think of an animal that STARTS with this letter.

Now, take the LAST letter in the name of that animal and think
of a color that BEGINS with this letter.

Oh, and one more thing...

There aren't any orange Kangaroos in Denmark.

Awww...I was disappointed. The math trick was so simple I knew right away how it was done!! I've known since 2nd grade that any single digit number multiplied by 9 will have the sum of 9 when you add the digits together. So, no matter what number you pick, step 3 always = 9, step 4 always = 4, and step 5 = "D"

To prove my point without you needing to break out a calculator:

2*9=18 1+8=9
3*9=27 2+7=9
4*9=36 3+6=9
5*9=45 4+5=9 ....

See a pattern developing? I would make the worlds worst magician ... I'd want everyone to know how it's done.

I knew that too, but I didn't learn it until 3rd grade. You must've been in the advanced class :raspberry .

I actually had Koala and Djibouti though. We were just talking about Djibouti in class the other day, otherwise I probably woulda said Denmark. Plus, Djibouti is such a funny word.
