    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I read somewhere about soap with shea oil being good for dogs so I got some hand made soaps with shea oil and oatmeal/milk/honey.

When the soaps arrive they are going to get luxurious soapy baths and get dried off and spritzed with (I know, how COULD I?) special floral cologne made for dogs.

I think dogs love life as long as they are with their people, I have known hunters that had dogs that were not pampered at all and were perfectly happy, but these two are going to have foofy stuff like scented baths...

All of mine, even temps have always been spoiled, they eat when I do, go places with me (strange looks are not uncommon with a 150lb Rott in your lap while driving)

They take baths at least weekly in oatmeal and honey shampoo, its better for the Rotties coat and dander.

Ive even had a few pups that would take a shower with me every day, took along time to get ready but heck it was always worth it to make them happy!

Spoiled rotten? I dunno... I thought all people let their golden retrievers ride in the front seat of their BMW...

You guys ever see a 140 pound Bloodhound riding in the passenger seat with his head hanging out the window, slobber flying in the breeze???

Now THAT is the true picture of happiness. LOL!!!

My little dogs go with me everywhere possible when the weather is nice....they are slightly crushed when it's nasty cold out like it is now and I won't let them go with me....but I won't take the chance that we'll slide into a ditch somewhere and they'll freeze their little tootsies trying to get home.....so they just have to get extra treats when I get home.

My dog can't go out in public without his sunglasses and clothes. Yeah I know 70 lbs aussie shep mix in clothes, but what can I say, nothing like a black studded shirt saying "Bad to the Bone" and a pair of black Doggles. He also doubles as BatDog, keeping all cats in line and squirrels in the trees.
