    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Most everybody has a weakness for something...something where, if they aren't careful, all of their $ can quickly go down the drain because of it...what is yours?


The above is not my question, I copied it off a school chatboard some of us have set up. One student answered that his expensive vice is golf clubs, There were several other answers. I was SO tempted to answer, leopard geckos, or reptiles, but didn't.... :)


OK, so what is YOUR weakness?
 
My weakness is reptiles.. I allmost have to give my wallet to my wife or to a friend when I see some nicelooking European vipers at a table in some show..
 
my vice is definitely anything for my guys. everytime i'm in the pet store i'm on the lookout for something that i think they might like or that can be used to improve their environment. my bf always has to remind me to keep money in check each time i go.
 
Yep., mine is definitely critter-involved, whether it be wanting a new one, or buying new toys for them.....I tend to get a BIT carried away. LOL.

Here's another with the female vice. Women is now relegated to the singular for me too, but it's still the vice. If she wants it the first thing I think about is how can I go about getting it.
She doesn't get everything she wants but everything still makes the list. She's dreaming of an $8k dollar ring now, and when she was looking at it I was calculating when ball pythons would be breeding for me and how many of which morph it would take to get it.
I did put my foot down and tell her the new Harley I bought her had to be paid off first though. SO there, I'm not a complete pushover for making her happy haha.
